Thursday night brought another full slate of action across the White County Youth Baseball & Softball League, and while the scoreboards were busy, a few results carried a little extra weight when stacked up against where teams stood coming into the week.

In Competitive T-Ball, White’s Disposal put together another strong offensive showing in a 15-10 win over Randy Wallace Insurance. Jaxito Burrito stayed right in the thick of things with a 15-12 win over Sparta Heating & Air Conditioning, continuing a trend of high-scoring games for that group. Doyle Church of the Nazarene edged Passons Underground 11-9 in one of the tighter contests of the night, a result that could matter as teams continue to bunch together in the middle of the standings.

Over in Coach Pitch Boys, Thompson Construction picked up a 12-4 win over Gulla Automotive. Price Sluggers continued to swing it well, putting up 16 runs in a 16-7 win over Del Toro Arms. That marks another strong outing offensively for a lineup that has been steadily producing since opening week.

It was a battle of the undefeated in the Minor Boys division. Turney Financial stayed unbeaten with a 7-2 win over Ben Dildine Tru-North, handing one of the division’s top teams a loss and tightening the conversation at the top. Nate Card Construction followed with a 12-7 win over Home Church, giving them back-to-back wins.

In Minor Girls, Tennessee Septic continued to build on its recent momentum with a 9-3 win over Robbie Porter, while Franks added another win to its resume with a 5-1 victory over Yert Nutrition. Both teams have been consistent through the first stretch of the season, and Thursday’s results did nothing to slow that down.

Across all four divisions, Thursday’s games added another layer to what’s already been an active start to the season. With teams now stacking multiple games and short turnarounds, the rhythm of the schedule is starting to show — and the results are beginning to reflect which lineups are finding it and which ones are still working toward it.
