The McMinnville–Warren County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the naming of Jennifer Woods as the new president/CEO. Woods is a Warren County native and McMinnville resident. A graduate of Warren County High School and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a bachelor of science degree in communications and advertising, her past work experience in marketing, event planning, technical writing, customer service, research and art will be an asset to the Chamber of Commerce.

“I came back home in 2019 and hoped for this dream job, but someone was already in the position,” Woods said. “Timing is everything, and I am so eager to use my various skills to grow our community through the Chamber of Commerce and with all our present and future members.”

“We are very proud of the accomplishments the Chamber of Commerce has made over the last several years and we look forward to President Woods’ leadership to continue the work of representing and promoting the business community within all of Warren County. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role,” Chamber of Commerce Board Chair Justin Walling said. “This is an exciting time for the Chamber as President Woods begins in this new role alongside our current chamber staff Melissa, Lakelynn, and Jackie.”

Woods will start her new position the first week of November.

As president of the McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce, Woods' responsibilities include managing and directing all operations, programs, activities and affairs of the Chamber. The president also serves on the Executive Committee and all division committees as a non-voting member.
