Yurezz Home Center's abrupt closure in Sparta last month appears to be part of a much larger financial and legal battle unfolding across multiple states, as lenders seek to recover millions of dollars in financed inventory, a company co-owner has been arrested on an out-of-state warrant, and investigators continue examining complaints involving the manufactured home retailer.

A former employee told Main Street Journal–Sparta the Walker Cove Road dealership closed without warning in June, leaving employees suddenly out of work. Since then, court filings and law enforcement actions have revealed mounting legal troubles involving the company and its owners.
