Morrison, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Ashley Adam Freeze, III, 58, was born March 8, 1967 and died October 26, 2025 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro following an extended illness.

A self-employed painter and a member of the Church of Christ, he was a lifelong member of the Tennessee Jaycees, holding several positions with the McMinnville chapter and on the state level. He was also a musician, guitar picker and charter member of the band The Glyde. He is the son of Ashley and Carolyn Freeze, Jr. of Morrison.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughter, Brittani (Mitch) Johnson of Sparta; grandchildren, Aiden White, Chloe Johnson and Caden Johnson; girlfriend, Lisha Cotten of McMinnville; brother, Russell (Julie) Freeze of McMinnville; niece, Nicollette (Jacky) Greene of McMinnville and great-niece and great-nephew, Leah and Liam Greene.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in High’s Chapel with Kevin Key officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Morrison. Visitation will be Monday from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
