A Sparta man who found himself in trouble with the law just two days after being placed on probation returned to White County General Sessions Court Tuesday. The case dates back to a pair of August arrests, including one involving the purchase of alcohol by an underage customer that also resulted in a citation for a local convenience store clerk.
