Barbara Ann Priest Neal, 82

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Barbara Ann Priest Neal, 82, was born Jan. 5, 1943 and died Jan. 5, 2026 at NHC Healthcare of McMinnville following an extended illness.

A former employee of Findlay Industries and a member of Highland Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Rayburn and Frances Ogle Priest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Phillip Neal; brother, Raydean Priest and sisters, Myrtle Hawkins and Linda Mullican.

Mrs. Neal is survived by her husband, William Arnold Neal of McMinnville; children, Paula Neal and Phyllis (Brian) Reed both of Smithville and William Arnold (Misty) Neal, Jr. of McMinnville; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Earlene Caldwell and Willene Morrison both of McMinnville and Betty Fletcher of Manchester and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County with Rickey Burks officiating. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
