The dealership employee accused of fraudulently selling a customer's truck returned to White County General Sessions Court Tuesday. Thomas Wayne Sullivan had his bond reduced to $75,000, and his case was set for a probable cause hearing on Sept. 15. Court records also note a fugitive-from-justice warrant for Sullivan.

Also Tuesday, Joey B. Johnson was ordered to serve a total effective sentence of 3½ years after Judge John Meadows revoked his probation in three separate cases.
