The halls of Morrison Elementary will once again be transformed into a winter wonderland this week as the school’s Kindness Club hosts its fourth annual Christmas Village on Friday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s event promises to be the biggest yet, with more than 60 craft vendors—double last year’s total—offering handmade gifts, seasonal décor and holiday treats. Shoppers can also grab a bite to eat from three food trucks: Biker Bites, Warren County High School’s Culinary Arts food truck and Kettle Korn Kraze and Lemonade. A professional photographer will be available for photos with Santa, and children can write letters to Santa to bring to the event.

Admission and parking are free, and the first 300 attendees will receive a complimentary Christmas tote bag. Guests are asked to park behind the school for easy access. Donations are appreciated, and visitors are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to help stock the club’s Blessing Box at Morrison Park.

Funds raised benefit the Kindness Club, made up of 3rd- through 8th-graders, which uses proceeds to support kindness-based activities at school and in the community. For more information, contact Christy Farless at farlessc@warrenschools.com or April Murphy at murphya@warrenschools.com.
