Christy Guire Stevens, 60

Sparta, TN resident and Warren County native Christy Guire Stevens, age 60, was born October 2, 1964 and died May 26, 2025 at Saint Thomas Highlands Medical Center in Sparta, TN following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Stevens was of the Baptist faith and was the daughter of the late Thomas Guire and Robbie Sue Sweeton Rains. She was married to Bruce Stevens who preceded her in death.

She is survived by daughters, Tiffany McCoig of Cookeville, TN and Chasidy Hash of McMinnville; grandchildren, Kaylan Ray McCoig, Kaylee Jade Hash and Lottie Sue Hash and siblings, Michael Rains, Robin Jennings and Lynn Rains.

Funeral service will be held at noon Sunday, June 1, 2025 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery in Coffee County, TN. Visitation will be Saturday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
