CROSSVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security  announces the Crossville Driver Services Center, located at 136 Dooley Street in Cumberland County, will reopen to the public on Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, following a planned renovation. 

The Driver Services Center closed on March 30, to allow for facility improvements designed to enhance the customer experience and create a more efficient workspace for employees. The renovated center features a redesigned lobby with modern furniture, fresh paint, updated flooring, updated technology and a newly configured ergonomic testing area. 

The Crossville Driver Services Center will resume regular business hours on Monday, Aug. 10, and will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central.
