For the first time in the 71-year history of the Warren County A&L Fair, the audiences at the event's five pageants will have a complete rundown on entrants at their fingertips.
Main Street Media has produced five digital programs — one for each pageant — beginning with the Teen and Pre-Teen competitions Friday night. Each program includes contestant information, providing spectators a way to keep track of every participant from start to finish.
In addition to Friday's pageants, programs are also available for the Tiny Fairest of the Fair Saturday evening, followed by the Fairest of the Fair on Monday and Little Fairest of the Fair on Tuesday.
Credit for creating and assembling the digital and printed books goes to Hannah Privette, Shelby Durham and Malgosia Porter, whose diligence and creativity brought the project to life.
“We’re very excited to be able to provide this for everyone who comes out to enjoy the pageants,” Main Street Media owner Chad Graves said. “The fair is one of Warren County’s long-standing traditions but, as with every tradition, there are bound to be changes for the better. We’re sure this new way to follow along with the pageant contestants will be well received by audiences, and we’re proud to have been able to provide it.”
