Doris June Moore, 65

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Doris June Moore, 65, was born July 14, 1959 and died May 6, 2025 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn. following an extended illness.

An employee of Delores’ Market and member of Dayspring Community Church of God, she was the daughter of James Burch and Dot Burch both of McMinnville. She was married December 27, 1986 to Don Moore of McMinnville, Tenn. who survives.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by brother, James Clarence Burch and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Betty Moore.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by daughter, Candace (Brandon) Taylor of McMinnville; brothers, David (Devonna) Burch and Corkey (Greta) Burch both of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025 in High’s Chapel with Bro. Rex Boles and Blaine Wilcher officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Friday, May 9, 2025, 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
