A driver originally charged with driving under the influence after officers found him slumped over the wheel of a smoking SUV has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge in White County General Sessions Court.
The case was resolved Tuesday with a plea agreement that reduced the original DUI charge to aggravated reckless driving.
