An alleged assault involving a fishing pole and an axe is now headed to the White County Grand Jury after three felony charges were bound over during Tuesday's General Sessions Court proceedings. The charges stem from a May dispute at an Eastland Cemetery Road residence that left one woman injured and two vehicles damaged.
