A juvenile was killed and three other minors were seriously injured in an ATV crash Thursday night in Fentress County.

It happened on Banner Springs Road when a Chevy Blazer reportedly hit the back of the ATV, which had no headlights or taillights. 

No charges are pending against the Chevy driver who was not injured according to the THP.
