Less than three weeks after Tennessee's statewide ban on kratom and related products took effect, authorities say an investigation into the alleged sale of illegal THC and synthetic kratom products has resulted in a major drug seizure in Van Buren County.
Investigators say hundreds of suspected illegal products, more than $20,000 in cash and a vehicle were seized during the operation. Authorities have also filed felony charges connected to the investigation.
