Katrina Ann St Clair Watson, 56, of Cambridge, Ohio, passed away on July 30, 2026, due to complications during surgery. She was born on Sept. 27, 1969, in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Donna St Clair and Stanley St Clair, of McMinnville.
She studied at Motlow and at Lee College, in Cleveland, Tenn., now Lee University. Those who knew Katrina, will remember her as stubborn in the best sense, caring, and deeply family focused.
Two of her greatest blessings were the births of her children Hadassah Watson in 2005 and Yehoshua Watson in 2007. She also found joy in the simple things, including deal hunting and making friends with strangers. Katrina especially loved Boston Terriers, as anyone who knew her, was well aware.
A Christian, Katrina's faith was a major part of her journey, and those who love her may take comfort in entrusting her into God's care. May she rest in eternal peace, and may her family be surrounded by prayer, comfort, and blessing in the days ahead.
She was preceded in death by mother, Donna (Spencer) St.Clair, uncle, David Spencer, aunt, Sue (Spencer) Dishman, brother, Scott St.Clair, and will be rejoined with several angel babies.
She leaves behind both children, father and step-mother Stanley and Rhonda Prater St.Clair of McMinnville; sister Genevieve "Gennie" (St.Clair) Abalos of Cambridge, Ohio; brother John St.Clair of Ocean View, Calif. and several nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 8 at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Cambridge, Ohio.
A local Memorial Service will be held at Liberty Cumberland Church in McMinnville at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 18. Friends of the family are cordially invited to attend.
