Kristopher Wayne Pennywell

Mr. Kristopher Wayne Pennywell, age 40, of McMinnville was taken too soon from this life on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025. He was born on Dec. 28, 1984 in Laredo, TX. He worked at Generations Gaither Group serving others.  He led an active life playing golf with his friends at McMinnville Country Club and attending church at First Baptist Church in McMinnville. His family was the light of his life and he showed that through supporting them at their sporting events and activities. While he greatly enjoyed cheering on his children, he often rooted for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team and OU as well- BOOMER SOONER!

He is survived by his loving and faithful wife Robyn Pennywell; children Skylar Cook (Sam Horton), Ella Pennywell, Kolton Pennywell and Mackenzie Pennywell; mother Kathy (Jim) Campbell; grandmother Pat Gaither; and grandson Stetson Horton. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws also survive. He is preceded in death by his father Patrick Pennywell; brother Keith Pennywell; sister Patty Pennywell; grandfather David G. Gaither; and uncle Dennis Pennywell.

Funeral service for Kristopher Pennywell is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Ryan Heatherly will officiate. Interment will follow at Gaither Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m.
