Main Street Media Launches New Mobile App

Whether you're at home, on vacation or following your kids across Tennessee for a weekend tournament, staying connected to your local community just got a lot easier.

Main Street Media has officially launched its new mobile app, bringing together local news, radio broadcasts, podcasts and exclusive deals into a single platform available on both Apple and Android devices.

The free app gives users access to content from Main Street Media's network of local journals, allowing readers to stay informed about what's happening not only in their hometown but across all of Main Street Media's coverage areas. Instead of searching multiple websites or scrolling through social media feeds hoping not to miss an important story, users can access everything in one location.

The app also serves as a hub for Main Street Media's radio stations, giving listeners the ability to stream music, talk shows, local sports broadcasts and special programming from anywhere with an internet connection. Whether traveling out of the station's traditional broadcast area or simply listening on the go, users can stay connected to their favorite local programming.

In addition to news and radio, the app includes access to the Main Street Shopper, where users can browse discounts and special offers from local businesses. Podcasts are also available through the platform, featuring topics ranging from local government and community issues to sports, politics and true crime.

While the app itself is free to download, subscription requirements for premium journal content remain unchanged. Subscribers can continue accessing the content included with their subscriptions, while sponsored articles and other free content remain available to all users. Radio streams, podcasts and many community resources are also available at no cost.
