McMinnville resident and Woodbury native James Randall Barnett, 74, was born March 29, 1952 and died May 7, 2026 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro following a three-month illness. A professional painter and of the Baptist faith, he was the son of the late John R. and E. Ruth Simmons Barnett.
