Monday night brought another packed slate of action to the White County Recreational Complex as teams across four divisions continued jockeying for position with the regular season quickly winding down. Several unbeaten streaks stayed intact, a few teams tightened races near the top of the standings and, in a couple of divisions, the margin for error continues to shrink with only a handful of games left on the schedule.
In Competitive T-Ball, Parker Metal Supply survived one of the night’s tightest games, slipping past Sparta Heating & Air Conditioning 10-9. The win kept Parker Metal Supply near the middle of a tightly packed division where just a few games separate several teams in the standings.
Randy Wallace Insurance picked up a high-scoring 14-12 win over Tennessee Site Prep in another game that featured plenty of offense from both dugouts. Meanwhile, Doyle Church of the Nazarene added another victory with a 15-11 win against Jaxito Burrio.
The Competitive T-Ball standings remain crowded behind division leader Doyle Church of the Nazarene, while several teams continue battling to improve playoff positioning heading into the final stretch of the season.

In Coach Pitch action, the Price Sluggers continued their strong season with a convincing 13-3 win over Gulla Automotive. The Sluggers are on an 8-game win streak and continue to sit atop the standings after another productive night at the plate.
National Guard also picked up an important win Monday, defeating Clean Cut Lawn Care 15-6. The victory helped National Guard keep pace near the top tier of the division as teams continue chasing the undefeated Sluggers.
Coach Pitch has developed into one of the league’s most competitive divisions this season, with multiple teams still mathematically in the race despite the calendar beginning to work against them.

Major Live Arm games also carried significant standings implications Monday night.
Toro Nutrition earned a 7-4 win over Roberson Fencing, tightening an already competitive race near the top of the standings. Roberson entered the week among the division leaders, but the loss created even more traffic near the top as several teams remain separated by only a game or two.
Whitson Lawncare stayed unbeaten with an 11-1 victory over Ben Lomand. Through two games, Whitson Lawncare has allowed just three total runs and continues to look like one of the division’s early teams to beat.

In Major Girls action, Calfkiller Brewing Co. continued its dominant run through the division with an 11-0 shutout win over Robbie Porter. Calfkiller remained unbeaten with the victory and has now built a sizable run differential while continuing to control first place.
BCX Lazer Printing also stayed hot Monday night, rolling to a 14-4 win over Rocky Pop Co. BCX has quietly pieced together one of the division’s longest active winning streaks and continues to apply pressure near the top of the standings behind Calfkiller.

With only a couple weeks remaining in most divisions before postseason play begins, every game is starting to carry a little more weight. Several races remain wide open, and the packed schedule this week could go a long way toward shaping playoff positioning across the league.
NOTE: Minor Boys and Girls leagues were both inactive on Monday night. Boys will return to the field on Friday while the girls will be back in action next week.
