The White County Sheriff's Office has released additional information regarding a fatal drowning that occurred Monday morning near the Tosh Reno boat access on East Cole Road.
According to investigators, two young men had jumped from a rock bluff on the north side of the river and were attempting to swim back toward the boat ramp area when one of them became fatigued and was unable to continue.
