• Friday, March 13, 6pm – 7:30pm – Tennessee Right to Life of White County Informational Meeting at the Sparta YMCA, 123 Moore Street, Sparta. 
• Saturday, March 14 – Ray Brown Memorial Poker Run hosted by 1938 Social. Registration at first stop: Happy Trails Brewing, Sparta.

• Now through April 30 – Motlow State is accepting application for their Paramedic Program for the Fall 2026 semester. Apply at Motlow.edu/EMS 
• Tuesday, March 17, 6pm – 8pm – SKYWARN Storm Spotter class, presented by The National Weather Service will be held at Putnam County Convention Center, 2121 Event Center Drive, Cookeville. This class is FREE but registration is required. https://www.weather.gov/ohx/skywarn 
• Wednesday, March 18, 2pm – 3pm – Volunteers meeting at Sparta Activity Center, 321 E Bronson Street, Sparta.

• Thursday, March 19, 11am – 1pm – Candidate Form presented by the Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce at the Sparta Civic Center. 
• Thursday, March 19, 12:00pm – 1:30pm – Stakeholder Input Session. The City of Sparta has partnered with Downtown Strategies to develop a Five-Year Action Plan for Downtown Sparta. This meeting will give citizens the opportunity share and discuss their ideas as well as their concerns. Oldham’s Theater, 15 Liberty Square, Sparta. 
• Thursday, March 19, 4pm – 6pm – Q & A: Fact versus Fiction with County Executive Denny Wayne Robinson at Duck Pond Manor, 665 Duck Pond Road, Sparta. 
• Friday, March 20, 6pm – Bluegrass on the Square – a FREE concert at the American Legion Hall, 5 W Maple Street, in Sparta.

• Saturday, April 11, 9am – 5pm – White County High School’s Club America is hosting a Diaper Dash at Oldham Theater on Liberty Square. The students will be accepting donations of diapers, wipes, formula, and baby clothes for Clean Hearts Ministries’ crisis pregnancy center in Sparta.
