Quebeck, Tenn. resident and Warren County native Stephen Dwayne Foutch, age 64, was born Dec. 3, 1961 and died June 30, 2026 at his residence following an extended illness.
A line leader with Altium and of the Baptist faith, he was the son of the late Joe Edward and Helen Louise Gooch Foutch. He was married to Julia Marie Foutch who preceded him in death. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sisters, Judy Carol West, Glenda Darlene Oleary and Lisa Gail Pritchett.
Mr. Foutch is survived by daughter, Amy Foutch (Kasey Oneal) of McMinnville; grandchildren, Jada Rayne Bauer, Jude Ryan Bauer and Jada Reese Bauer; brother, Joey Thomas (Lisa) Foutch of Tullahoma, Tenn.; nephews, Wesley Foutch, Clint West and Cody Pritchett; nieces, Lindsey Sharpton, Marcie Brimer, Renae Jones and Heather Nolin; uncles, Jimmy (Linda) Gooch and Billy Foutch; brother-in-law, Darrel Pritchett; mother of his daughter, Tammy Foutch; sister of Amy, Maderia Wannyn and good friends, John and Carla Brown.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026 from noon until 3 p.m. at High’s. Per Mr. Foutch’s wishes, he will then be cremated.
