What started as a tent in April 2025 has grown into a mobile specialty drink and cookie business, with owner Hilary Ferguson now working toward opening a brick-and-mortar location in Spencer by the end of 2026.
The Last Straw offers specialty sodas, energy drinks, coffee, tea, lemonade, hot chocolate and chocolate milk, along with fresh-baked, bakery-style cookies. Customers can also choose from sugar-free and dairy-free options, allowing them to find something that fits their tastes.
