Healthy meals with little preparation are the focus of Sunny P’s Meal Prep, a family-owned business operated by Travis and Amber Poss. Since opening in the summer of 2024, the business has provided Sparta residents with freshly prepared meals that are ready to heat and enjoy.
This business was inspired by the Poss’s own commitment to healthy eating and their desire to make that lifestyle more accessible to others.
