The White County High School girls soccer team had four players earn All-District honors this season, and all four will be back on the field for the Warriorettes next year.
Junior Anna Jolliff and sophomore Addi Grace Mitchell were named First Team All-District, while freshmen Sami Benson and Reagan Fowler earned Second Team honors. With much of White County's work this season coming on the defensive side of the ball, all four played important roles in keeping the Warriorettes competitive.

Jolliff was a steady presence for the Warriorettes throughout the season. The junior served as one of the team's captains, leading by example while taking on a key role in the midfield. Head coach Madison Mason described her as the backbone of that unit, relying on her leadership and consistent play throughout the year.

Mitchell was another of the Warriorettes' captains, providing leadership from the defensive side of the field. The sophomore was a key part of White County's efforts to limit opposing offenses, often finding herself at the center of the action. Mason described Mitchell as the anchor of the defense, a role she took on despite having two more years of high school soccer ahead of her.

Benson brought some physicality to the White County midfield in her freshman season. She wasn't afraid to play aggressively, and she also found ways to contribute on offense, finishing with two goals and an assist. Mason said Benson gave 100 percent every game, an effort that earned her All-District recognition in her first year of high school soccer.

Fowler also stepped into the midfield as a freshman and became an important part of White County's defensive effort. Much of her work came when opponents tried to counterattack, as she helped slow the ball and give the Warriorettes time to get back on defense. It wasn't necessarily the kind of play that showed up in the stats, but it was work White County needed throughout the season.

Now the Warriorettes will have the benefit of bringing all four back next fall. Jolliff and Mitchell will return with experience as team captains, while Benson and Fowler will have their freshman seasons behind them.
Finding more offense will be a priority for White County, but the team already has several important pieces in place. With two experienced leaders and two young players who have already earned district honors, the Warriorettes have something to build on heading into 2027.
