Criminal Court move tops latest court docket

One case on this week's White County General Sessions Court docket is headed out of that courtroom and into Criminal Court.

Kevin J. Ondik's aggravated criminal trespass case was moved to Sept. 11 in Criminal Court for a plea by information. MSJ-Sparta previously reported on the case, which began after security footage from a local business was circulated among law enforcement and ultimately led to Ondik's arrest.

Ondik's case was one of several moving through General Sessions Court this week, with the docket also bringing jail sentences, guilty pleas, dismissals and a case bound over to the White County Grand Jury.
