The Sparta-White County YMCA has moved quickly to ensure continuity following Thursday night's election, naming David Smith as interim CEO as Kyle Goff prepares to step away from the organization.
Goff was elected White County Executive on Thursday and will officially assume that role Sept. 1. Before then, the YMCA will begin transitioning leadership while its Board of Directors searches for a permanent CEO.
