Grand Jury Indicts Baxter Woman in Case Involving Two Children

According to court records, 22-year-old Jasmine Leanna Usrey was indicted during the May 2026 term of White County Criminal Court on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges tied to allegations prosecutors say occurred over several months.

Court records allege the case involves claims that two children were placed in danger over the course of several months before the matter was ultimately presented to the grand jury.
