After a one-week change of date and venue for Fourth of July festivities, Main Street Live returns to the familiar confines of Security Federal Savings Bank's West Lawn for this week's edition of the free summer concert series presented by Main Street McMinnville.

Main Street Live's third annual Battle of the Bands will be Friday, July 10 with a trio of local bands vying for the $500 prize and a chance to perform during next year's Main Street Live. Smoke in Mirrors, Sunset Tabernacle and Zeno's Ghost will each be given approximately 30 minutes to play with a 10-minute break between each set. During the breaks, representatives from Caring Hearts United will provide a sneak peek of their upcoming "See If You Remember" musical trip through time coming to the Park Theater Aug. 15 at 7 p.m.

"We're excited to return to Security Federal this week for a really special show," Main Street McMinnville Executive Director Hannah Cowan Jones said. "All three local bands are going to give us everything they've got. The winner will be determined entirely by crowd voting. As soon as the music starts, people can start voting at the Main Street McMinnville tent. One dollar equals one vote. The money will go into funding Main Street McMinnville projects, specifically Main Street Live. We encourage everyone to come prepared to back their favorite band. We are looking forward to a really great night."

The 2026 Main Street Live concert series continues next Friday with returning fan-favorite Entice.

Main Street Live is sponsored by Main Street Media, Security Federal Savings Bank, Bridgestone, McMinnville Electric System, Law Offices of Galligan & Newman, Warren County, City of McMinnville, Middle Tennessee Natural Gas Utility District, Hale & Hines Nursery, Citizens Tri-County Bank and Hoover & Son Insurance.

Vendors will open at 6 p.m. and the show will begin at 7 p.m.
