Morrison resident and Florence, Ala. native Donnie Ray Porter, 68, was born July 29, 1957 and died Aug. 27, 2025 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester following a sudden illness. A member of the Baptist church, he was the son of the late Jesse Lee and Elah Novella Webster Porter.
