- Thursday, June 18, 10am – WCPL Summer Reading Magic Show at Sparta United Methodist Church
- Thursday, June 18, 5pm – Public Hearing at Sparta City Hall. This is to review the Fiscal Year Budget and setting the tax rate at $0.5922/$100 of assessed property.
- Thursday, June 18, 5pm – City of Sparta’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting on the second floor of City Hall. This meeting will begin immediately after the Public Hearing closes.
- Thursday, June 18, 5pm – Denim & Diamonds fundraiser for White County CASA at River Cliff Event Venue
- Friday, June 19, 4pm – 7pm – Sparta Green Market at Metcalf Park on Liberty Square. Bluegrass to follow.
