Warren County High School has found its next basketball cheer coach, and she won’t have far to travel.
Jennifer Vincent, a DeKalb County native, brings a mix of classroom experience, coaching background and long-standing ties to the cheer world. A 2001 graduate of DeKalb County High School, she was a multi-sport athlete in football cheer, softball and basketball before continuing at Tennessee Technological University, where she earned her education degree and spent four years cheering for the Golden Eagles.
Vincent’s experience extends well beyond the sidelines. In 2007, she founded Infinity Athletics LLC, a training facility that has since grown to two locations. Over nearly two decades, she has worked with student-athletes in tumbling, competitive cheer and overall performance training, focusing on fundamentals that carry over beyond sports.
She has also spent time in the classroom, most recently serving as a history teacher, while continuing her work as a basketball cheer coach. Those who have worked with her describe a high-energy approach that emphasizes accountability as much as encouragement.
“Coach Vincent brings great energy, leadership, and a passion for supporting our student-athletes,” Warren County High School Executive Principal Chris Hobbs said. “We look forward to the positive impact she will have on our cheer program and the pride she will help build throughout our school community.”
Vincent is expected to take over the program beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
