Plea agreement filed in vehicular homicide case

Nathan Allen Wilson, the man accused in connection with the death of his wife after a case that moved through multiple counties and courts, is now in the White County Jail and has signed a plea agreement in White County Criminal Court.

According to White County Jail records, Wilson was booked May 6 at 3:13 p.m. The plea document filed in White County lists two charges: Vehicular homicide by recklessness and abuse of a corpse, both tied to an incident on Jan. 18, 2025.
