The scoreboard lied a little in Tullahoma

The scoreboard made Friday night look a little more comfortable than it actually was.

White County left Tullahoma with a 27-10 win and a 4-0 record, but the Warriors’ offense had to work around plenty of its own mistakes to get there.

Turnovers, penalties, personnel problems and stalled drives kept White County from ever really settling into the kind of rhythm it had shown through the first three weeks of the season. Still, when the Warriors needed a play, they found enough of them to keep control of the game.
