- The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce will host the “Glow & Bloom at the Chamber Prom Experience” on Friday, April 24 from 5–9 p.m. at 110 South Court Square, inviting guests to grab their besties for a fun prom-prep evening featuring $25 spray tans by Glo in Grace by Annabella Culwell and a build-your-own flower bar (prices vary) by Made For More Floral Co.
- American Legion Post 208 will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Saturday, April 25 from 7–11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, located at 205 W Main St, featuring live entertainment, door prizes and opportunities to connect with veterans. The event is open to everyone with a donation at the door, and proceeds will support local efforts assisting disabled veterans, providing awards and helping widows in the community. - Cornerstone Baptist Church's “Easter Fest: He Is Risen!” event will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 2–5 p.m. at 49 Golf Club Rd. The free event will include games, music, food, an egg hunt and more.
- Comedian Ben Miller will bring his Volcano Tour to the Cumberland Caverns on Saturday, April 25 at 6:30 p.m., delivering a unique night of science-inspired stand-up comedy inspired by his 2023 Artist in Residence experience at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. - A “Showers to Flowers” fundraising event for the McMinnville Children’s Museum will be held Sunday, April 26 from 1–5 p.m. at the McMinnville Farmers Market Pavilion on 100 Market St. The event will feature STEAM activities, face painting, bounce houses, food trucks, local vendors and more.
- The third annual Burgers and Brews fundraiser for Area 9 Special Olympics will be held Monday, April 27 at Begonias, giving the community a chance to enjoy a meal, drinks and meet local athletes while supporting the program. Area 9 serves athletes from 13 Upper Cumberland counties who compete in a variety of sports and regularly advance to regional, state and national competitions, including the 2026 USA Games in Twin Cities, Minnesota, where four local athletes will represent Team Tennessee in powerlifting, bocce and pickleball. Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $1,000 and include banner recognition and table options, with each table receiving an appetizer and a meal per seat. - The Warren County Republican Party will host its annual Reagan Day event on Friday, May 1 at the Magnolia Event Center on 5557 Smithville Hwy. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the program starting at 6 p.m. Featured guest speakers include governor candidates' wives Denise Fritts and Chelsea Rose, TN-04 and 06 Congressional Candidates, and keynote speaker Congressman Tim Burchett. - The WCHS Greenhouse Sale will take place on Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Warren County High School greenhouse, located at 199 Pioneer Lane. A wide variety of vegetable and flowering plants, along with trays, pots and hanging baskets, will be available, with an option to build your own hanging basket starting at $15.
- Decoration at Charles Creek Cemetery, located on 36 Charles Creek Church Rd, will be held on Sunday, May 3. Donations can be dropped off at the cemetery on Saturday, May 2 or Sunday, May 3, or mailed to any committee member.
- Business owners are invited to a “Lunch & Learn” on May 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Cumberland Biscuit Company (114 W. Main St., McMinnville), where licensed financial professionals will share tax advantages for small businesses and tips for building generational wealth. - The Warren County Democratic Party will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, May 4 at 6 p.m. in the Magnolia Room on 201 Locust St. The group meets on the first Monday of every month.
- The Warren County Memorial Airport Meeting will take place on Monday, May 4 at 6 p.m. at 48 Airport Rd.
- The Warren County FCE Club (Family Community Education) will host a bake sale on Friday, May 8 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Three Star Mall. Proceeds from the sale will go towards local scholarships.
- The third annual Antique Tractor Show rolls into 305 Shangri La Lane in McMinnville on Saturday, May 9 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring antique tractors, hit ‘n miss engines, classic cars and trucks, food trucks, demos and family-friendly games. Guests can also vote in the people’s choice tractor contest ($1 per vote benefiting local FFA), enjoy giveaways, and take part in events like the slow tractor race and chain in the box game.

- The Rock Island Community Center Club will host a Neighbors Market Day on Saturday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2886 Pine Bluff Rd. - The Warren County Genealogical and Historical Association will meet on Saturday, May 16 at 2 p.m. in the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. The program will be on Century Farms in Warren County and there will be three presenters: Vickie Barnes Bouldin of River Valley Farm, Teresa Blair Hyatt of Blair Farm and Cindy Adams Rogers of Adams Farm.
- The Warren County Commission Meeting will take place on Monday, May 18 at 6 p.m. at the Warren County Administration Building on 201 Locust St.
- Families in Crisis will host a Sexual Assault Support Group Thursday, May 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 101 W. Main St., McMinnville. The group offers survivors a safe space to receive support, take part in healing activities, increase self-esteem, and learn coping skills to empower them on their journey.
- The Warren County Master Gardeners’ Association will meet Thursday, May 21 at 6 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. WCMGA meets the third Thursday of each month, gathering at the fairgrounds during summer months and at the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administration Building during the rest of the year. - Heavenly Closet Thrift Store is open Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 100 Market Street, adjacent to the Farmer’s Market. The organization’s soup kitchen is open Mondays and Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. until noon each day, at 218 E. Main St. Proceeds from the thrift store fund the soup kitchen’s efforts. Volunteers and donations are always accepted. The group is part of the “Helping Hands” ministry.
