Rain or shine, Entice will finally return to McMinnville on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m.

The popular band was set to play last summer's Main Street Live in what was to be its first MSL appearance since 2023, but rain forced the cancellation of the much-anticipated show. Luckily for fans of the group, the Black History Museum of Warren County has stepped in to fill the Entice-sized absence in Warren County's entertainment scene.

Set for the day after Thanksgiving, the event will feature Entice headlining a show opened by local group Sunset Tabernacle Rhythm and Blues Band, the 2026 Main Street Live Battle of the Bands winner. Both bands aim to snap the audience out of the potential post-Thanksgiving turkey hangover with a high-energy show.

Entice is a Nashville-based band which has established a reputation for getting audiences up and dancing. Featuring a playlist featuring hits from artists such as Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Etta James, The Temptations, The Commodores, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, The Eagles, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Dua Lipa, The Judds and many more, the band puts an emphasis on making sure the audience is having a good time.

And that good time will be for a good cause. The show is a fundraiser for the Black History Museum of Warren County. Located at 203 West Main St. in McMinnville, the museum's purpose is to preserve history and artifacts from Black citizens of Warren County and to highlight the significant contributions of Black individuals throughout the county's history.

"Since it is very hard to get money for staffing our organization just from regular grants, we are hoping that this fundraiser will help us provide assistance for volunteers and staff so the museum can stay open more hours," Black History Museum founder and curator Wayne Wolford said.

The museum is currently open two days a week – Fridays from noon - 4 p.m. and Saturdays from noon - 2 p.m. Groups or organizations wishing to tour the museum at other times are invited to contact Wolford at (931) 212-6609.

Tickets for the Nov. 27 show are $20 plus tax and are available at the Park Theater website, the Park box office at 115 W. Main St. during regular business hours and at the door before the show while supplies last.

"You are sure to have a great time if you like rhythm and blues, soul music and so much more," Wolford said. "Make sure you take your Tylenol and Advil before you come, so you can shake and bake."
