A White County woman charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty after deputies reported finding 18 dogs living inside a feces-covered trailer failed to appear for her scheduled General Sessions Court hearing Tuesday, prompting Judge John Meadows to issue an attachment with a $2,500 appearance bond.
